SHIPPING and DELIVERY
Shipping rates and fees are calculated at checkout based on standard United States Postal Service (USPS) rates. Rates are determined by shipping location and weight of your purchase. Your final shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking will be available to you once your earrings have been shipped.

Please allow 1-3 business days for order fulfillment and 1-2 weeks for the order to reach your destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number for your order. Shipping can be expedited upon request.
To ensure the accuracy and efficiency of your delivery, please make sure your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant or required information for shipping.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Wynter and Blush, LLC is not responsible for the replacement of lost or stolen items. If your tracking information is marked as "Delivered" and you believe your item to be lost or stolen, you can file a claim with the United States Postal Service.
RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY
Wynter and Blush jewelry sales are FINAL. Exchanges are not accepted to maintain the health and safety quality of the earrings. If an item is damaged as a result of craftsmanship or quality during production, please email your concern within 5 calendar days of receiving your earrings for a replacement to wynterandblush@gmailcom. Items returned for this reason must be in their original packaging, unworn, and in the condition described in the damage concern. The customer is responsible for additional shipping charges associated with returning a damaged item.
Please consider carefully when purchasing your earrings. Slight variations in color, size, and finish are acceptable once your earrings have been properly cured. Wynter and Blush, LLC does its best to portray an accurate depiction of the item you are purchasing on the website.
